Ingredients

½ container Classic Hummus

1 cup arugula

2 radishes; thinly sliced

3 baby cukes; halved

3-4 cauliflower florets

½ cup cherry tomatoes; halved

A few Spanish olives

½ cup tabouli
-
A few stalks of roasted broccolini

A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

A handful of pomegranates
Directions
In a shallow bowl, add arugula, and assemble the bowl with radish, baby cukes, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, Spanish olives, tabouli, roasted broccolini. Arrange the ingredients along the rim of the bowl, leaving room in the center.
Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of Classic Hummus in the center of the bowl, sprinkle pomegranates on top, then drizzle extra virgin olive oil.
Enjoy with pita bread or naan.
